Are there any types of cases in which ACSF does not provide advance funding?
Yes. ACSF does not provide advance funding in workers' compensation cases unless, along with the workers' compensation case, you have a third party claim, i. e. a claim against some third party who may have caused your injury; a third party being someone other than your employer or a fellow employee. Also A C S F does not provide advance funding in cases where the injury is to a minor (child) unless the parent(s) of that child have a viable claim in their own right, i.e., for loss of services, emotional distress, or for providing services to the child.
